Our well-established client based in Stevenage, are looking for Production Operatives to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. If you have experience within Production, Factory, and/or Machine Operating, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
 
 The hours for this role start as 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday, for the opening month for training purposes. After this onboarding process, you will be required to work on the 2pm-10pm shifts, which also run Monday to Friday.
 
The annual salary for this position is £26,500+ per annum.
 
Duties as a Production Operative include:
- Running a Siat L33 or L36 printing press machine
- Printing customers designs onto self-adhesive tapes
- Converting jumbo rolls into smaller sized hand rolls with design printed onto it
- Using solvent based inks printing onto the top surface of the material
- Understanding the artwork/proof for each specific job
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work-space
- Ensuring the workshop is kept clean and all health and safety guidelines are adhered to
