Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant with a Psychology degree to join a vibrant and supportive school community in Ealing, West London. About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students' academic and personal growth. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback.
Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Support school-wide events and extracurricular activities.

A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology (or related field).
