Description

A prestigious social housing provider in East London is looking for a dedicated carpenter to join their team. This role promises not only a competitive salary of £35,000 but also the convenience of a company van and fuel card.

40 hour week, 8am - 5pm

26 days plus bank holidays

24 hour GP services and additional private services

Bonus Scheme

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, with proven experience in social housing or a similar environment. Expertise in a range of carpentry tasks, from installing doors and windows to repairing frameworks and structures, is essential. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are paramount.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks. Strong communication skills are also crucial, as the role involves interacting with residents and other team members to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
