Position: HGV Technician

Location: Newport, Cwmbran, Cardiff

Industry: Transport

Salary: £38,000

Shift Pattern: Days / Morning shift / Afternoon shift on rotation

Duties:

Experience in computer aided diagnostic is preferred but not essential
Responsible for servicing, repairing and maintenance of commercial vehiclesRequirements:

HGV technician level 3 qualifications or equivalent with proven HGV experience.
Good diagnostic skills.
Desire to undertake ongoing training.
HGV class 1/2 driving licence desirable.Qualifications:

Mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
Experience in servicing and repairing commercial vehicles
Certifications in vehicle maintenance and repair
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detailWorking Hours:

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday to start. Moving to rotating shifts Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm and 13.30pm to 22.00pm and alternate Saturdays paid at time and a half.
