Contracts Manager

Location: West Midlands, Wolverhampton

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 Per annum

Benefits: Car allowance or company car, fuel card, bonus scheme, private pension, private healthcare and share options

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent

Company Branding: A cash-rich 5-star Developer who is known in the industry for their high-quality homes is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team in January/February 2025.

Job Duties:

Overseeing 2-3 traditional build sites across the West Midlands
Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS certification
First Aid certification
NVQ Level 6 qualification
Full UK Driving License
Experience:

Prior experience in contracts management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of contracts management processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple construction sites concurrently
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in construction management
Working Conditions:

Office-based with frequent site visits across the West Midlands
