I'm looking to speak with Senior Quantity Surveyors and or Quantity Surveyors looking for that next step up, to join a private housebuilder based in Cheshire.

You will be joining a family run business, with a strong team ethos while working on traditional build luxury residential projects, with homes ranging from £300-£800K.

You will report directly into the Commercial Director and be based at the Head Office in Cheshire, 4-5 x days per week, with occasional site visits required. The salary on offer is £65K + Car Allowance, with the addition of a healthy pension contribution.
