Operations Manager

Operational Manager opportunity working on a huge Retail Scheme in York with an approx. value of £350m.

About the role of Operations Manager

This opportunity as an Operations manager with a Tier 1 main contractor. Reporting into a operations Director but being Number one lead on sites, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.

Requirements for Operations Manager.

Proven Track record as a Operations manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Retail and leisure developments.
Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
CSCS Black
NVQ level 7
Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.

Salary: Up to £80k + £5k car allowance
