Job Title: Working Foreman

Location: Norfolk Depot
Salary: £50k-£60k OTE

Role Overview:

As a Working Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading the service team, working with tractors, combine harvesters, and other advanced agricultural machinery. This high-level engineering role involves providing expert technical assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of service and repair work. Role Responsibilities:

Lead and support the service team in maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery, including tractors and combine harvesters.
Coordinate and oversee the allocation of tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
Provide hands-on technical expertise for complex diagnostics and repairs.
Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring and training junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operations.
Manage workshop operations, maintaining equipment and tools in optimal condition.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a service or workshop environment.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
