Job Advert: Driving Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bradford
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per year (depending on experience) + Commission

Are you a dynamic, target-driven individual with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a skilled Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our cleints thriving team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience or a strong background in the driving and logistics sector who is looking to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Managing a portfolio of clients within the driving and logistics sectors.

* Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for various driving roles including HGV, LGV, van drivers, and other logistics positions.

* Delivering high levels of customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.

* Meeting targets and earning commission based on your performance.

* Growing the driving division, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client base.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within driving or logistics, though other recruitment backgrounds will be considered.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* A proactive, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

* A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
