Project Compliance Officer, Cardiff (Hybrid)

Hexwired Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company. They are now seeking a talented Project Compliance Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead and working within the Systems Delivery team, you will oversee all compliance responsibilities related to the systems division, with a focus on the following areas:

* Develop and maintain a compliance tracking system for multiple international projects.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for contract clarifications and confirmations.

* Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project documentation content.

* Monitor and manage the process of documenting contract requirements and assembling evidence-based compliance reports.

* Participate in stakeholder meetings where contract terms and compliance matters are discussed.

* Identify potential risks to contract compliance and recommend mitigation strategies where necessary.

Key Requirements:

* Strong understanding of business dynamics and the project lifecycle.

* Experience in managing or supporting projects on a global scale.

* Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on precision.

* Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

* Independent and driven, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

* Culturally aware and skilled at building effective communication with international clients and partners
