ODIN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Director for a permanent role based in London with global opportunities.

Role Overview: The Operations Director – Strategic Accounts Finance will lead a team delivering projects and services to strategic finance accounts globally. Responsibilities include improving efficiency, productivity, and quality while adhering to budget and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with account goals.

* Foster relationships with key customer stakeholders.

* Meet financial and margin expectations.

* Identify and implement process improvements.

* Manage resources, budgeting, and supply chain.

* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.

* Maintain quality management systems and ensure compliance.

* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.

* Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

* Support managed service activities within strategic accounts.

Requirements:

* Proven global operational leadership experience in tech cabling infrastructure projects and managed services.

* Strong relationships with strategic finance customers.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

* Leadership and people management abilities.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

* Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Industry experience and understanding
