Job Title: Court of Protection Solicitor - Property & Affairs
Location: Manchester / Hybrid
Salary: Completive plus an on target bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Court of Protection Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our team in Manchester. This role requires experience of applying for and managing deputyships, personal injury and wills trusts and advising a trust corporation and lay clients.
This role is on a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the Manchester office depending on what it is right for you and your clients.
What experience are we looking for?
* A knowledge of Court of Protection property & affairs work including managing files prior to the settlement of personal injury litigation.
* Experience of statutory will and other relevant Court of Protection applications including drafting applications and all supporting documents.
* Experience of advising on LPA.
* An understanding of funding streams for packages of care including continuing health care and local authority funding.
* Knowledge of relevant personal taxes, benefits and other matters connected to personal finances.
* Experience of PI trust set up and management desirable
