4 day week - Salary £40,000 DOE + OTE

Employee discountsI am seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join my client's busy main dealership in Hindhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to take the next steps in their career or for a mechanic with a fast-fit background to take their first steps into a main dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of light commercial vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Perform MOT Inspections and tests
Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area.Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ/IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester or a Mechanic ideally in a main dealership.
Hold a valid 4 & 7 MOT Licence
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving license.
