The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and must be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with a strong background in audit and accounting. They should be enthusiastic about growing and excelling in a fast-paced, high-performance Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks as required

* Managing year-end statutory and tax compliance

* Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external auditors

* Compiling monthly financial reports for divisional directors

* Conducting detailed variance analysis on monthly financial statements

* Collaborating with Audit, Finance, Operations, and HR teams to ensure accurate transaction reporting

* Preparing and obtaining approval for balance sheet reconciliations

The ideal candidate will be part-qualified or fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA. Strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude are essential. The candidate should be capable of working independently while also being a team player. A strong drive for success and ambition will be key to excelling in this role.
