Vacancy - Recruitment Consultant

Freckleton, Preston

The Solution Automotive Recruitment was established in 1999 and has built an unrivalled reputation in the world of motor trade recruitment. A family business with family values.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our established team.

Our offices are based in Freckleton, near Preston, and the ideal candidate will;

Be local
Be experienced in recruitment (any sector)
Have a proven track record in business development
Be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Have a strong and confident phone manner
Have excellent organisational and diary management skills
Be positive and tenacious in nature

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however we offer flexibility around these core hours to suit. For example, if you'd rather work 8am to 4pm, or 10am to 6pm, this is fine.

The package on offer is £24,000 basic with a really attractive commission structure, topping out at 35%. To be discussed at interview.
