We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment professional to assist our Branch Manager in continuing to grow our award-winning Exeter and Tiverton branches. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven and results-oriented, with a desire to support and develop people. This opportunity would suit a Senior Consultant, looking to take the next step in their career.

As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets. * Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring excellent client and candidate experiences.
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and secure new client relationships.
* Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback, training, and support.
