Reeson Education are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant on behalf of an exceptional primary school based in the heart of lively Hackney.

If you have experienced supporting children in primary school with diverse and complex needs, and are seeking a full-time role to commence this new year, this Teaching Assistant role is for you!

Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Hackney

Pay: £85 - £100 per day

Start Date: January 2025

Contract: Full-time, providing 1:1 SEN support

Work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, supporting a Year 1 child with high needs SEN (ASD).
Implement strategies outlined in the child's EHCP to support their learning and development.
Foster engagement, independence, and positive social interactions.
Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to meet the child's needs.
Be an integral part of creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role:

Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD, is highly desirable.
A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Enthusiasm for helping children overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
