Architectural Designer

Location: Essex

Salary: £26,000-£34,000

I'm looking for an Architectural Designer to join a RIBA-chartered practice in the heart of Essex. Join a dynamic and experienced team dedicated to redefining the future of residential design. From initial concept to final completion, you'll play a key role in impactful projects within a collaborative and supportive environment. With a promising pipeline of innovative ventures on the horizon, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow and thrive alongside a team driven by a passion for architectural excellence.

The successful Architectural Designer will have significant experience post Part 1 or Part 2 qualification and will have worked on residential projects through all RIBA stages. You will be confident completing planning applications and building regulation package drawings. AutoCAD and Sketchup experience is essential.

Experience, Skills and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Designer:

Significant experience in a UK-based practice as a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Residential project experience, working through all RIBA stages
Confident completing planning applications
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
Good timekeeping abilities
Able to work on multiple projects
Proficient using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and InDesign
Full, clean driving licence
