Job Title: Accountant

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000

Location: Wolverhampton

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring an Accountant for a fantastic International Tech company in Wolverhampton. The company is looking for someone who has proven experience working in Accounts, with knowledge of SAP and who is a driver as travel to various branches is necessary!

The Candidates responsibilities:

Monthly management accounts
Profit & Loss and balance sheet reporting
Purchase ledger - including raising purchase orders, posting invoices, reconciliations, payment runs
Sales ledger - including creation of invoices, credit control, reconciliations
Bank postings and reconciliations
Collate payroll information for external payroll consultants, pay HMRC and payroll payments
Creation and submission of VAT returns
Fixed asset register and depreciation postings
Accruals and prepayments
Stock reporting
Intercompany reconciliations
Balance sheet reconciliations
Work with auditors, parent company and tax advisors
Preparation of forecasts and budgets.Skills Needed:

Experience within a similar role is critical - 2 years minimum.
SAP experience is ideal.
Ideally AAT qualified.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary as communicating with clients and colleagues is a key part of the role.
An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a high degree of numeracy and literacy are key.If you are an experienced Accountant or are interested in more information regarding this role, then please get in touch!!
