Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits

Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos Industry, and we are working solely with a reputable and professional Asbestos Consultancy. They are currently recruiting in Yorkshire for a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. Working in line with company and client needs you will be working on Healthcare, Local Authority, Commercial and Industrial sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Leeds, Halifax, Batley, Keighley, Otley, Dewsbury, Bingley, Ilkley, Wetherby, Garforth, Pontefract, Barnsley, Mexborough, Doncaster, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Retford, Gainsborough.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding an industry recognised qualification e.g BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Experience working for a reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy working hands on as an Asbestos Surveyor is essential to the role.
" Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
" Excellent time management skills.
" Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.

The Role:
" Visiting Healthcare, Local Authority, Commercial, and Industrial sites to carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuing to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Using information from site to create detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
