We're on the lookout for an exceptional Principal Civil Engineer to join our clients thriving innovative practice.

As a Principal Civil Engineer, you'll lead project teams, manage multiple projects, and contribute to our engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities include team management, project leadership, development and training, monitoring project profitability, and maintaining client relations.

Skills/Competencies:

Proficiency using AutoCAD, Microdrainage, and Civil 3D.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Commercial awareness Strong teamwork and time management skills
Ideal candidates will be degree-qualified, Chartered, or Incorporated status.

ON OFFER

£50,000 - £55,000.
36.5-hour week.
Hybrid Working.
Enhanced Maternity/Adoption leave.
Paid Voluntary Days (2 days).
In-house training academy and CPD sessions.
Healthcare Cover.
Gym Membership (sacrifice 2 days annual leave).
