£35,000 - £45,000 + Health and Safety Training + Progression + Benefits package

Are you a Quality Engineer with a background in engineering?

Are you looking for a Quality Assurance role, that offers excellent training, development and progression opportunities into a Quality Manager role?

This is a newly created position within a leading engineering company, that combines a family feel environment with strong professional standards. This metals company boast more than 25 years of experience across various market sectors, including aerospace, marine and nuclear. Due to growth, they are now looking to develop a Quality Manager to join their team and lead their quality function.

This is a key role where you can make a genuine impact, you will implement and oversee Quality Assurance standards and processes across the company. This includes controlling internal and external audits, as well as maintaining ISO 9001 approval. The role comes with additional training and development opportunities, whereby you can improve your Health & Safety, Operational and Technical skillsets.

This role would suit a motivated Quality Engineer, that is looking for a brand new role where they can put their own stamp on things and be a key driver in everything from continuous improvements, processes and standards.

You will be working for a family feel company, that prides themselves on developing their staff and having impressive employee retention rates.
