chef de partie required for a busy kitchen in Bury St Edmunds area, salary depending on expeirence £30-31k (upto £36k if you are a sous chef looking to step down into a senior chef de partie role). This kitchen is busy all day, they cook eveything fresh and has a great standard.

The role
the chef de partie will run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food at a great standard. you will do the prep for your fridge, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook in service. you will ensure the food hitting the pass is to a great standard. this role will include all the normal chef de partie duties

experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with a fresh food background, great knife skills and able to work in a busy kitchen.
