We are excited to introduce Vision for Education's very own National Teaching Assistant Program. · Varying levels of experience. Classroom-based or specific school-related experience is not essential.

· A commitment to undertake virtual, evening training sessions.

· Availability to complete a paid placement in a school.

· Readiness to start working as a TA with us on completion of the scheme.

What we offer As a Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from:

· Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)

· Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability).

· CPD to help with your professional development.

· Access to a dedicated consultant.
