Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Stockport

Salary: £36,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Architectural Technologist to join their friendly and dynamic team in Stockport. This RIBA-chartered, award-winning practice has a diverse portfolio, including projects in Commercial, Education, Residential and Healthcare sectors. They are excited to bring on board an experienced Architectural Technologist to contribute to their innovative and forward-thinking designs.

The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will have extensive post-qualification experience, particularly in delivering Education projects across all RIBA stages. You should demonstrate strong technical expertise, a creative design flair, and excellent proficiency in Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Significant post qualification experience in a UK based practice
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
Previous work on Education projects is essential
Produce technical drawings, specification and constructive documents
Ensure compliance with building relations, standards and industry best practices
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff
Coordinate with clients, external consultants and internal team members
Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts
Must live within a commutable distance of Stockport
