The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join a thriving practice. The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:

* Divorce and financial settlements.

* Private child arrangements.

* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

* Cohabitation agreements and disputes.

* Domestic abuse cases.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of family law matters.

* Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court applications.

* Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court where necessary.

* Developing and maintaining client relationships.

* Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and best practices.

Candidate Profile

* Qualified Solicitor with at least 7+ years of PQE in family law (essential).

* Proven experience handling privately funded cases.

* Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A client-focused mindset with the ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* Ambition to grow professionally and contribute to the firm’s success.
