A fantastic position has arisen for a Dispute Resolution /Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established law firm in Norfolk.

The successful Senior Litigation Lawyer will undertake a wide range of dispute resolution matters bringing to the team expertise and networking skills, would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
•    Contract disputes
•    Debt collection
•    Civil Litigation 
•    Dispute Resolution
•    Landlord and tenant disputes
•    Property disputes
•    Professional negligence
•    Contentious probate 

The Candidate
•    Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of two years’ PQE
•    Expertise in litigation and dispute resolution work
•    With an excellent academic background 
•    A flair for business development would be advantageous
•    Excellent communication skills across all levels are desirable

Staffed by experienced and dedicated lawyers and support staff, they always endeavour to provide an exceptional service. With numerous accreditation's, including Lexcel and CQS, they are highly regarded in their local communities and as such have developed a loyal and growing client base. Due to expansion, the firm is now looking to recruit a talented and driven Litigation Lawyer.
