Loungewear & Underwear Designer
London

An established lifestyle brand who are renowned for their casual menswear and womenswear fashion are currently on the hunt for a Loungewear & Underwear Designer with strong jerseywear experience to join their head office team based in London.

As a Loungewear & Underwear Designer you will be responsible for creating garment and graphic designs for their menswear and womenswear ranges. Working closely with the buying and merchandising teams you will create commercially strong collections that include best sellers in the ranges. You will attend development and inspirational trips, creating garment specs, advising on fabrics, graphics and branding. You will be a valued member of the design team reporting directly to the Design Manager.

The ideal applicant must have previous underwear and loungewear design experience working at an established level for a lifestyle, high street or premium fashion retailer. Demonstrating excellent design skills and great knowledge of garment construction. You must have strong communication, presentation, and advanced CAD skills with previous experience working with internal buyers, merchandisers and garment techs, and external suppliers and factories.
