Description

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Assistant based in Elgin, Moray on a Permanent, Full Time basis.

‍

Main duties include:

* Reconciliation of transaction data from across the business, cross checking with invoices

* Investigate any discrepancies, ascertain root cause and correct accordingly

* Input high volumes of data into Accounting and ERP systems, maintaining accuracy

* Support with any reporting or auditing requests when required

* Assisting the wider Finance team with daily, monthly and quarterly processing duties as required

Suitable candidates should have the following:

* Meticulous approach, with a very keen attention to detail

* Strong Excel and data management skills

* Willingness to challenge data that doesn’t add up, and work cooperatively to resolve issues

* Ability to maintain composure under pressure and against time constraints

* Ability to work on own initiative

* Desire to learn and develop

Candidates should be based locally to Elgin, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
