£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits (DOE)
Monday - Friday

Are you a Senior Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the Kidlington/Oxfordshire area?

My client, one of the largest and most successful privately owned Tier 1 main contractors in the UK, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their Construction division. Renowned for their commitment to client satisfaction and excellence, they deliver high-value commercial projects ranging from £20M to £100M.

The Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects from conception to completion. Depending on the size and scope of the project, you’ll work alongside a talented team of supervisors, Assistant Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, drive results, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead by example, embodying the company’s Core Values.

* Ensure successful project delivery, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.

* Provide leadership to on-site teams, promoting collaboration and motivation.

* Adapt to change with a flexible, client-focused approach.

Requirements:

* Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.

* Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge in Senior Site Management.

* Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.

* Communication: Excellent skills in building relationships and managing key parties.

* Attention to Detail: Focus on quality control and process improvement.

* Tools: Familiarity with project management software and documentation systems.

* Must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
