My client are a well-established, family owned construction developer and main contractor delivering innovative projects across the North Wales and North West areas. They have formed an excellent reputation for delivering high quality projects and are known for their exceptional distinction.

They are looking to recruit a Finishing Manager to work on the fit out of a hotel in the North Wales area on a freelance or permanent contract.

Duties to include:

Completing site inductions
Working with trades and subcontractors to ensure a tidy completion of works
Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
Quality inspections / snagging
Ensure work is being completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Card
