A busy SME Architectural practice in the rural village of Tadcaster, North Leeds are looking to secure a work experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing team to support the project delivery for various conservation and heritage projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become an important part of an Architectural firm that are really flourishing and looking to build on previous successes through the continuous development of the business.

This practice specialises in the planning and architectural development of a wide range of mainly conservation and heritage type projects, typically these are of a Residential nature to include sensitive restorations, Barn Conversions, and cyclical refurbishments for English Churches,

As an Architectural Assistant you will gain the opportunity to work upon a mix of project typologies, varying in size and complexity. A supportive team will be at hand to collaborate with and you will be afforded all the guidance required to really develop as an Architectural professional - working towards becoming a fully chartered Architect.

Architectural Part 2 Assistant Requirements:

RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Demonstrable post-qualification UK industry experience at Part 2 level.

Possess ambition and a willingness to learn

Excellent written and spoken English

Proficiency with AutoCAD & REVIT experience would be desirable.

The ability to work to strict deadlines, time management skills are essential

A strong work ethic with a commitment to producing work of a high quality

Driving licence and own vehicle.

The successful Architectural Assistant can expect to join a friendly team in a nice modern studio setting

The salary on offer is dependent upon experience and is likely to be in the region of £26,500 - £28,000, For further details please contact James Jackson at Conrad Consulting for further information
