Imports Administrator - Witham - £25,000 per annum + - Permanent

Due to business growth, we are looking for applicants who have previous imports knowledge or those looking to begin their career within the logistics industry.

You will be joining a local employer who can boast excellent staff retention and genuinely cares about its employees. You will be provided with full, on the job training and will be joining a team of 7 experienced individuals to help you take your steps into this role.

You will be responsible for everything imports related, supporting a global customer in all aspects of their account. Our client are seeking applications from candidates who have solid administration experience, are able to prioritise their own workload and have a keen eye for detail.

Experience in a shipping environment/background is not essential but it would be highly beneficial.

Key duties:

· Answering calls and speaking to clients and suppliers.

· Making and uploading jobs to the internal system.

· Dealing with courier deliveries.

· Tracking containers and updating clients, ensuring a first class service at all times.

Salary: £25,000 + dependant on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
