We are recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland’s most awarded housing developers, based in the West of Scotland. This is your chance to join a highly respected and innovative business committed to excellence in both design and customer satisfaction.

The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will:

* Ensure that all homes meet NHBC standards and exceed customer expectations.

* Act as a critical liaison between the developer and customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

* Handle queries efficiently and professionally, maintaining the company's reputation for outstanding customer care.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction levels.

What We’re Looking For:

* Extensive knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations.

* Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in residential construction or housing development.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering first-class service.

* A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
