Business Development Executive (Progression to Management)

Burton on Trent

£30,000-£40,000 + Bonus + Hybrid + Training + Progression + Pension

Are you a Business Development Executive looking to join a company who will heavily invest your professional development through Specialist training and give you a clear progression structure to really propel your career?

On offer is the chance to join an industry leading polymer distribution company who partner with the worlds top polymer producers, and work across a variety of core markets such as automotive, healthcare, electronics and many more.

In this role you will receive full product training and be given all the tools to help you drive new sales and attract new customers, as well as nurturing existing relationships to create, high value, lasting relationships and repeat business.

This role would suit someone with a sales background that is looking to join a company where you can expand your skillset through training, and also climb the professional ladder.
