Transport Shift Supervisor
Dagenham

Up to £38,000 + benefits
A wonderful opportunity for a Transport Shift Supervisor, must have a CPC, to join a leading company in the Dagenham area. This multi-drop operation calls for a self-motivated individual with supervisory experience gained within a busy transport function. Working closely with the senior transport management team, you will ensure a customer-centric and financially efficient operation is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
*Allocate fleet and crews to correct routes
*Ensure pre-brief and de-briefings are undertaken for all transport movements.
*Manage driver performance
*Manage drivers' hours in line with working time legislation
*Ensure relevant information is recorded for transport KPIs

Key Skills/Experience:
*Previous experience of multi-drop deliveries
*Good knowledge of transport legislation
*An understanding of current H&S legislation
*Transport Manager CPC is essential
