Position Overview: They are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience in the Residential, Commercial, or Industrial sectors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
* Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the Residential, Commercial, or Industrial sectors.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and project management methodologies.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
* Experience with budgeting and financial management.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
