Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + commission

The role of the Internal Sales & Estimating Manager – Doorsets & Hardware will involve:
* Internal Sales & Estimating Manager position selling a manufactured range of doorsets, screens and ironmongery
* Selling into to architects, main contractors and sub-contractors
* Responsible for coaching and developing a team of 7 sales estimators & project schedulers
* Manage the teams workflow from enquiry stage through to handover to the manufacturing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time
* Build and implement new strategies in order to enhance current processes
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities via networking
* Order sizes can range between £30,000 - £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Internal Sales & Estimating Manager - Doorsets & Hardware with:
* Must have at least 2 + years of experience coaching & developing a team
* Must have experience within the construction industry, ideally for a manufacturer
* Ideally will have some project management experience
* Any experience with doorsets, screens or ironmongery highly beneficial
* Commercially minded with a strong business acumen
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Hungry, intelligent and humble
