Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: West London

Package £35,000 - £42,000 plus car allowance and travel

Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who currently have 15 live sites within Central and specialise within a wide range of sectors.

They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Senior QS on a £12m New Build Education project in West London.

Duties

Subject to the approval of the Project Surveyor receive and make payments in respect of interim and final account applications from Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers in accordance with Company contractual arrangements.

Contribute to the delivery of all confirmed project tasks and goals.

Assist in the preparation of Orders with Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers.

Prepare and co-ordinate labour only payments.

Requirements

Experience working for a UK Main Contractor.

BSc in Quantity Surveyor.

JCT or NEC Contract knowledge.

Ambitions to progress.
