Job Title: Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Location: Bury

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide excellent design services on a range of rural architectural design projects. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their team in the Bury offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant you will need to have recently completed a relevant degree within architecture and be able to display a strong passion to grow within the construction industry. Familiarity with industry standard software's such as AutoCAD is essential and having relevant work experience in a UK practice will bolster your application.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Relevant work experience within a UK Architectural practice would be advantageous.
Experience with Revit or AutoCAD software
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Great enthusiasm and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of technical construction and building regulations
Have tender package experience
Help assist on a range of exciting high-end residential properties
