Airfreight Import Operator required for a freight forwarder in the Heathrow area, HYBRID is available for this role, the company offers a fantastic range of benefits. The role is set up for Hybrid working with a Laptop and Tablet coming with the rome. Parking on site for the days your in the office. Airfreight Import Operator, £29-31k.

The role
As an air freight import operator/air freight forwarder, you will be working closely with the pricing team, operations, business development managers, and agents to meet all operational requirements of the import section within the air freight division.As a import Air freight forwarder, you will Generate import customs entries whilst ensuring compliance with HMRC obligations, Assist with administration tasks within the department, including job costing and invoicing for the import team and Ensure all duty/tax payments made via FTS are collected and monitored. This role will include all the normal Airfreight Import Operator duties.

Experience
we are looking for an Air Freight import operator who has around 2 years within air freight, ideally within imports. You will have working knowledge of customs clearance for imports within airfreight. you will also have Excellent time management –Handling multiple urgent tasks whilst having the ability to constantly prioritise your incoming workload.

Training in office – Thereafter hybrid 3 home / 2 office.
Some weekend work, Saturday & Sunday (paid as OT @ time x 1.5 )
